For purchases made directly from Rochelles Boutique Co, you may request a return within 30 calendar days of delivery. Clothing must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and have its original tags attached, except where the return concerns a defect, damage, or an incorrect item. Proof of purchase is required.
This website currently offers product inquiries rather than online checkout. We will confirm product and order details before accepting payment separately. An inquiry does not create an order.
Requesting a return
Contact info@rochellesboutique.co with your order reference, item, and reason for the request. Please wait for our return instructions and confirmed return address before sending anything back. Do not send items directly to a supplier or to our business address without instructions.
Condition and exceptions
Unless an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or applicable law provides otherwise, clothing returned for a change of mind should be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and accompanied by its original tags. Any special terms for personalized items, intimate apparel, or clearly identified final-sale goods must be disclosed before purchase. These exceptions do not exclude remedies required by law.
Return shipping and faulty items
For a change-of-mind or sizing return, the customer pays return shipping. Original shipping charges are not refunded for those returns unless required by law. Please use a trackable shipping service.
If we sent the wrong item, or an item is damaged or defective, Rochelles Boutique Co covers the reasonable return-shipping cost and will provide instructions or a prepaid label as appropriate. Please contact us promptly with a description and, if possible, photographs. We will explain an appropriate replacement or refund; where a full refund is appropriate for our error or a defect, it includes the relevant original shipping charge. Mandatory rights for faulty goods are not limited by our change-of-mind return window.
Refunds, exchanges, and cancellations
After receiving and inspecting a returned item, we will notify you whether the refund is approved and explain any refusal. Approved refunds are submitted to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the credit. We do not charge a restocking fee.
Exchanges depend on availability. Contact us before returning an item if you would prefer another size or color. Contact us as soon as possible to cancel an agreed order; whether cancellation is possible depends on its status and the terms disclosed before payment. If an order has already shipped, the return process applies. Shipment-delay cancellation rights and other mandatory consumer rights continue to apply.
Third-party purchases
This policy applies to purchases from Rochelles Boutique Co. If you choose to buy directly from an Alibaba supplier or another external website, that seller’s order and return policies apply. We do not administer their transactions.
